Ana-Maria Galan youngest member of the school
The first school is the family and the mother is the first religion teacher in the child’s life! That’s why we present Ana-Maria Galan who is the youngest member of our school! She recently turned one year old and is a great Romanian baby! Every morning she kisses the icon of the Mother of God, her protector, and she does not miss the Divine Liturgy where she has communion every time! We can’t wait for you at our courses, Ana-Maria!
Ana-Maria is not the only child who is raised beautifully by her parents! We are proud to have in the community many children raised beautifully, with love for God and people!
Aaron Drehlută language lover Romanian
Aaron Drehluta is 11 years old and is a P7 student at Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School. One of Aaron’s passions is Romanian language. Aaron participated in all the courses organized by us, by the Romanian Cultural Institute in London and by “Stories told in Romanian”.
In all classes, Aaron impressed with the love with which he did his homework and the enthusiasm with which he attended the lessons! That’s why Aaron received so many diplomas attesting to his love for Romanian language! Aaron also loves to read a lot and, guess what, the best holidays for Aaron are those spent in Romania!
Another passion of Aaron’s is coding. He has been going to the Code Ninja club in Newton Mearns for 2 years and already has a diploma for very excellent coding skills!
Ecaterina Bliorțu passionate about violin
Ecaterina Bliorțu comes from a family where music is both passion and talent! Ecaterina is 9 years old and a P6 student at St. Mark’s Primary School. She started playing the violin at the age of 7 and is part of the school orchestra with which she took part in many concerts. In this recording, Catherine sings the song “Blue skies” in a concert organised by East Renfrewshire Council in June 2023. Congratulations, Catherine, and good luck in your upcoming concerts!
Ioan Bliorțu pianist
Ioan Bliorțu is 11 years old and is a student in P7 at St. Mark’s Primary School. Ioan learned to play the piano at the age of 6 with the help of his grandmother who was a piano teacher. Ioan proved that he had a lot of talent and, with much perseverance, has made a lot of progress! In this recording, Ioan performs N. Mordasov’s song ‘Long Ago’.
Luca Iosif footballer
Luca Iosif is 10 years old and is a student in P6 at Pittencrieff Primary school. Luca’s passion is football and he has been playing for a team in the city, Duloch Juniors, since last year. Luca was moved to the higher team recently because he showed a lot of talent. His desire is to become a great footballer. Congratulations Luca and good luck!
Maria Iosif passionate about drawing
Maria Iosif is 14 years old and a student at Queen Anne High School in S3. Maria is passionate about cartoons and she can skillfully draw all kinds of characters. What’s really interesting is that many of these characters actually represent a loved one.
Maya Gafton gymnastics and dance
Maya Gafton is 7 years old and a P4 student at St Timothy’s Primary School. Maya has talent and is passionate about gymnastics and dance. In June this year, Maya won the trophy for devotion, perseverance and evolution offered by Boom Dance Studio!
We also believe that Maya is very good at acting because she is always present at our celebrations and delights us all with her performance!

Miruna Elena Talmaciu piano
Miruna Elena Talmaciu, 8, is a pupil at St Chutbert’s Primary School in Hamilton, in P4. Miruna is passionate about piano and started piano lessons on April 7, 2023 and already on June 24, 2023 she gave her first piano concert at Hamilton’s Low Park Museum with her teacher and mentor, Augusto Arias, a composer and conductor. The concert did not aim to win any prize, but aimed to present the progress of each student. Congratulations, Miruna and good luck!
Parascheva Iosif painter
Parascheva Iosif is 12 years old and is an S2 student at Queen Anne High School. Parascheva’s passion is, without a doubt, ever since she was little, painting. Parascheva wants to open her own painting business in the future. We believe that Parascheva will definitely succeed because, practically, Parascheva can draw, with a lot of talent, anything! Teodora Ross is 6 years old and a P3 student at Kirklandpark Primary School. Teodora loves to learn in all subjects. She does best in maths, art and writing where she received diplomas for the best student! Congratulations Teodora and here’s to as many achievements as possible!
Lisa Hapca piano
Lisa Hapca is 9 years old and is in P5 at St. Mary’s School in Dundee. Lisa’s passion is the piano, she started piano lessons at Dundee Piano School at the age of 8. At a recent performance at the Piano School in June 2023, Lisa performed Harry Styles’ “Falling”.
