Religion course: “Saints, friends of children” (the 22nd of September 2023)

If it’s Friday, it’s an online religion class! We thank the children from the “Fanus Neagu” School in Braila for the wonderful activities tonight! We were happy to find out how they celebrate their School Day and the Day of their patron saint, St. Spyridon! We wish that one day we could visit you and get to know your school better! We also thank the children from Glasgow who enthusiastically participated in the lesson, did all their homework and gave very good answers to all the activities! Father George Bliortu and teachers Gabriela Ion and Daniela Elena Ciupala are very proud of all of the children and we hope that today you have become friends with St. Spiridon!

We remind you that the children enrolled in the workshop “Skillful hands” are expected by Georgiana Velica and Raluca Georgiana Berhiu at a new session of creation and good cheer on Sunday, after the Holy Liturgy!

All program activities of: “Hi! Come and get to know Romania together!” are carried out with the support of the Department for Romanians Abroad and in collaboration with “Meeting of our Lord” Parish – Glasgow and the “Fanus Neagu” School Braila.
